Approach as you would Galadriel, hiking up and right past Drug Dome until you reach series of low angle slabs, move around these to your right until you reach a boulder strewn drainage.  When the drainage nearly levels off, hike up and left to the base of The Nazgul Wall. Hike down and left along the base until you cross over a 6" dyke.  Walk out onto the largest sloping ledge to "Akallabeth Ravine".
